Tracy Limbrick is a registered Chinese Medicine practitioner, acupuncturist, Chinese herbal dispenser and Chinese herbal medicine practitioner, working in Bondi Junction.
A four-year Bachelor of Health Science in Traditional Chinese Medicine from the University of Technology Sydney, covering acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine and biomedical science.
Study at the Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital — one of China's principal teaching hospitals for the discipline.
Registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency, and a member of the Australian Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine Association.
Tracy combines acupuncture, Chinese herbal skincare and techniques such as Gua Sha and cupping to help patients achieve balanced health and optimised natural beauty.
Her two areas of focus are women's health and non-surgical approaches to the effects of ageing — and in her practice those two things are rarely separate. A patient who comes in about her skin often turns out to be sleeping badly, or run down, or managing a hormonal shift. Chinese medicine treats those together rather than in sequence.
Her most requested treatment is the Signature Gua Sha Facial, which she has developed over ten years after studying Gua Sha and cosmetic acupuncture with leading practitioners in China, the UK, the US and Australia.
She also teaches Gua Sha and cosmetic acupuncture, and has assisted visiting international practitioners running training and seminars in Australia.
Tracy believes strongly in Chinese medicine as preventive care, not only as something you turn to once a problem has taken hold. It's why every appointment begins with a proper consultation, and why she'd rather tell you honestly that a treatment isn't right for you than sell you a course of them.

Since 2012, Chinese medicine practitioners have been regulated nationally, in the same framework as other registered health professions. Practitioners must hold approved qualifications, meet continuing professional development requirements and maintain registration with the Chinese Medicine Board of Australia under AHPRA.
The AACMA, of which Tracy is a member, has been the peak professional body for Chinese medicine practitioners, acupuncturists and herbalists in Australia since 1974.
