A relaxing facial-sculpting technique using fine nephrite jade and rose quartz tools, gently hand-worked by a registered Chinese medicine practitioner. Includes expert lymphatic drainage. Nothing to recover from, and an hour of genuine rest.

A smooth nephrite jade, bian stone or rose quartz tool is guided across the face using specific techniques, with oil, in slow gentle repeated strokes. No machine, no injections, no incisions.
The technique works along the contours of the face — jaw, cheekbone, brow, neck — to leave the face feeling relaxed, lifted and de-puffed, and looking brighter.
Tracy assesses your skin and your general health first, so the treatment is tailored around you rather than delivered from a script.
If it's your first visit with Tracy, one of these two is the right place to begin.
The full treatment, including expert lymphatic drainage. Ninety minutes with your first consultation, so there's time to do it properly and without rushing.

Tracy Limbrick holds a Bachelor of Health Science in Traditional Chinese Medicine from the University of Technology Sydney, and has studied at the Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital in China. She has developed this treatment over ten years, after training in Gua Sha and cosmetic acupuncture with leading practitioners in China, the UK, the US and Australia.
She is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency and is a member of the Australian Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine Association.
Facial Gua Sha is worked far more lightly than the body technique. Some people notice a little warmth or colour that settles quickly. Tell Tracy if you have an event that evening and she'll adjust the pressure.
Not in the Gua Sha facial itself — it's worked entirely by hand, so nothing penetrates the skin. If you'd like facial acupuncture included, that's the Cosmetic Facial Rejuvenation treatment instead, and Tracy will talk you through the difference.
It varies by person and by what you're addressing. Tracy will give you an honest view at your consultation rather than selling you a course up front.
